If you submitted a form and got message *** Forbidden. HTTP links blacklisted. *** in return, it means that your message has at least one HTTP link that has been used by spammers.
Solution
1. Remove suspicious links from your message.
2. Take a pause for 1 minute.
3. Submit the message again.
